WHAT DO I GET WHEN I SIGN UP?

We give away 50 coins to all new users who will sign up. You also stay updated with all of our new products, promos, perks, and new dope features.

WHAT ARE THE COINS?

Coins is virtual money you can use to subsidize your purchases in Qrated Crates. This is as good as cash. You may use your coins anytime and for any subscription product. One coin is equal to one php/sgd. Your coins are kept in yoru Q Wallet.

WHAT IS QWALLET?

Q Wallet is your virtual wallet in Qrated Crates (see the wallet icon beside your name on upper left corner of the page). This is where we keep your coins which you may use anytime. You get coupons which you may convert to coins by joining our promos, contests, and daily tasks. You may also opt to go cashless by using Wallet Top-Up. Add more coins to your wallet via Paypal or GCash.

WHAT DO I GET IN A BOX?

Please read the full description of each subscription box (just browse a little further down the product page to find it) to find out what’s you’lle get from your pruchase. Some vendors have a specified list of items that you will get in a box, while some tell you what to expect but want to keep it a surprise (different shades or different flavors or different kinds each month).

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASES?

You may use your credit cards which will be processed by Paypal – you don’t exactly need a Paypal account. You may pay via Paypal as well, or Cash on Delivery. CoD is available nationwide.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

In the product description, under POLICIES, you will find the shipping leadtime. Order cut-off dates and shipout dates vary per vendor so you need to read through this to know what to expect. Some take 3 days to prepare boxes before shipping out, some take 10, while others only ship out once a month. You will receive an email notification once your box/es is/are picked up.

HOW DO I UPDATE INFORMATION IN MY ACCOUNT?

Sign in, click on your name, and click dashboard. From here you can update your details, and add a photo too!

WHAT IF MY ITEM/s ARE DAMAGED OR LOST ALONG SHIPMENT?

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING FEES?

For all products worth Php1499 and below, you will shoulder the shipping fee: Php100 within Metro Manila or Php200 outside Metro Manila. For all products worth Php1500 and above, Metro Manila addresses can enjoy FREE SHIPPING; while provincial addresses will be charged Php200.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes you can! We know that you can’t always perfectly plan out the future – and if you need to cancel your subscription early, that’s totally fine! However, we will require a small penalty for canceling subscriptions that offer discounts for extended options early.

How it works: If you purchase a 3 month subscription and cancel after 1-2 months, we will charge you the difference between the 3 month rate and the 1 month rate. If you purchase a 6 month subscription and cancel after 1-2 months, we will charge you the difference between the 6 month rate and the 1 month rate. If you cancel after 3-5 months, we will charge you the difference between the 6 month rate and the 1 month rate. The Policy In Numbers

x = 1mo rate

Y = 3mo rate

Z = 6mo rate

If you buy 3mo:

Cancel after 1mo = y-x

If you buy 6mo:

Cancel after 1-2mo = z-x

Cancel after 3 or more mo = z-y

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Boxes to be delivered within Metro Manila may get to addresses on the same day or next day; three days at most. While provincial addresses may take three to seven days tops.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under My Orders. A tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from our partner couriers.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent via our partner couriers including Lalamove, Honestbee, and Xend.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Qrated Crates system for your order. It’s fast, easy & secure.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Paypal and Cash On Delivery payments.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product(s) that fall(s) under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product(s) and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at hello@qratedcrates.com (if applicable).

 

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

  1. In the event of damaged product(s) received, we will require photo proof of the affected product(s) and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product(s) to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product(s) that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at hello@qratedcrates.com.
  2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

WHY DO SOME PRODUCTS VARY IN PRICES?

In some products, especially non-food, prices go down if you subscribe longer. This is a privilege you can enjoy if you will get a longer subscription. Besides, if you know you will need it longer, what’s stopping you from subscribing beyond one month or two or more? This makes your shopping more convenient than ever: no more rushing to stores, you wouldn’t run out of necessities anymore.

IF I BOUGHT A BOX FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH, HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?

If you used credit card or Paypal to pay, your card will be charged automatically on the next month when your renewal is due. If you paid via CoD, you will receive a renewal reminder so you can secure your cash payment and our courier will pick it up upon delivery. We told you, we make your life way easier.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES?

Returns & Exchange
In the event that the product/s you received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your D.O. (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the product/s for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a product/s to you, subject to availability.
You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and packing labels.

Refunds
Not all vendors accept refunds, especially those under the Food & Beverage category. Please read POLICIES of each product to lear more. For vendors who entertain refunds, customer will be notified once item in question is returned and received by vendor. A 15-day investigation will be conducted and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund request afterwards.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund via Coins to your Q Wallet. You will receive the credit within 60 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
